About this house rental
Located in Montauk in the Surfside Community this home is the perfect getaway for family or friends. With four bedrooms featuring two queen beds, one full bed, and a cozy bunk bed, guests find plenty of space. You can park the car and put the keys away as we are an easy walk to the beach and one block from town. Close beach access is at Lowenstein Park near the end of the hotels & crowds. We have beach chairs, games, and toys for your use. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day in the surf & sand. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Loved our week! Beaching, biking, hiking and relaxing. Great restaurants great meals and wonderful fourth fireworks. House was clean (not immaculate), dated bathrooms (but working), would have preferred a block closer to the beach (much pricier!). Hope to stay again.

We are just home from our stay, and absolutely hated to leave! We loved this property, and trust me you will too. Walking distance to the beach and town, a fully stocked kitchen, board games, tv's (if you want to tune in), space for everyone, bright and sunny, great cross breeze, AC if you are so inclined, comfortable beds (a rarity!) and of course, an outdoor shower! What more could you want from a stay in Montauk?. The house is well appointed, nicely decorated and quiet. We loved sitting out on the deck at night, looking at the stars, listening to ocean and enjoying the silence. Situated right next to a nature preserve, we had a family of deer as neighbors this week, which the kids loved! Thank you Ada for opening your home to Home Away. It was great to find a house were we felt so comfortable.

Ease of the booking process was only outweighed by the location and cleanliness of this home. Being walking distance to both the beach and town made this a stress free vacation. The house had everything you might need to enjoy your stay. When we did not go to town for food we enjoyed BBQing on the deck with the Weber grill. VERY quiet and secluded surroundings made it easy to take a nap on the lounges. Definitely head to the beach at night for a bonfire. It is a great way to enjoy and epic sunset and stargazing. Will be back for sure.
