This lovely beach house in Eastward Look is a 5-minute walk to Scarborough Beach! A prime location in one of Narragansett's most sought after areas! The perfect location to visit many of Narragansett's many attractions and eateries including Coast guard House, Iggy's, Georges of Galilee and many more!
Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!
This home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the main level. A spacious in-law apartment, separated from the main house (with a separate entrance on the patio level), contains the remaining 2 bedrooms/full bathroom. Freshly furnished rooms in white and cool blues throughout, replete with cottage accents. Flowering trees, billowing grasses, white picket fences, and cobblestone walks will charm the summer guest!

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Full size bed + Single size bed
Bedroom 3: Full size bed
In-law:
Bedroom 1: Full size bed
Bedroom 2: Full size bed
Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will be delivered to your rental's doorstep in a large linen bag. Each item is individually packaged in plastic to ensure you receive a fresh set for your stay. As the guest, you are responsible for making the beds. This is an intentional part of our process to provide reassurance around the cleanliness and handling of your linens.
For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. We kindly ask that you plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.

Great property for my husband, myself and our 2 adult children. We utilized the basement apartment which gave us our privacy when we wanted it. A short walk to Scarborough beach. We would stay again!

We had some confusion before arrival because this place is apparently posted across a couple platforms and info wasn’t synching properly on VRBO. Once I got a property manager on the phone she was incredibly helpful, surprised to hear the listing details about linens and some other amenities were incorrect/confusing in the site, and accommodating with our unusual check in logistics.
The property was nice. The basement seemed more lightly used so the cabinets and drawers smelled musty and had cobwebs (only an issue if you want to store things in there) and kitchen was more like a satellite kitchen— had a luring machine but no regular coffee pot, no toaster, not many dishes— but the upstairs was fully stocked.
There were lots of useful things stored in the laundry room and the laundry worked great too. The one thing I’d change is make sure there is a hose attached to spigot in outdoor shower because that would make it so much easier to get sand off our feet (and clean any sandy belongings) before entering house than just using the shower head.
The last thing I would change is that the property company is closed on Sunday and Monday which are the days we had the most questions— the first two days we were getting settled in. By the time they were open again we had bought our own replacements and figured out our own workarounds. It would be nice to switch that so either Sunday or Monday they were open.
But the location was great, nice neighbors, friendly management!

We have been renting for 5 summers. We love the property. It is well cared for and there are always improvements. Thank you for a great vacation!
