About this house rental
A classic New England beach house with spectacular unobstructed ocean views! It's the perfect place for families to relax, have fun and make lasting memories. Stay comfortable all summer long with air conditioning throughout the home. No need to drive or find a parking space. Simply walk across the street and you are on a sandy beach. Walk a few more feet and you are on Scarborough State Beach.
Enjoy the day swimming, relaxing on a beach chair, or building sand castles. Then return to the house to refresh in the outside shower. The large front porch is the perfect place to gather for a cocktail or dinner while watching the ocean waves.
There is a sun porch on the second floor where you can enjoy your coffee and see vibrant sunrises over the ocean. Let the sound of the waves rock you to sleep in one of the five bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, all kept cool and comfortable with central air conditioning throughout.
There are many local nearby activities such as chartered fishing trips, the Block Island Ferry and great local restaurants!

There is a five car maximum, and for security cameras facing the front and rear of the property. Exterior cameras are located on the front porch and the back of the house.

Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

Our family had an incredible week at this property. Really you can’t go wrong being 100ft from the beach. The rental was clean, spacious, and beachy. Bathrooms are a bit tight but that’s why there’s an outdoor shower!

The location of this house is perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived. There is plenty of room for parking. Our children certainly enjoyed the outside shower.
