About this house rental
Enjoy all that Narragansett has to offer in our spacious updated beach house steps from Scarborough beach in the north end of the Eastward Look neighborhood. Have the experience of beach living enjoying full ocean views from our rooftop deck and walks to the ocean. Enjoy the comforts of home with our updated décor and spaces for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Go out in the beach town of Narragansett with many stores and top notch restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Our house is perfect for a large group, multi generational trips or multiple families to share time at the beach.
Eastward Look neighborhood is an ideal location to be based in Narragansett. Scarborough Beach is a 5 minute walk from our home. Other beaches are close with the choices of Roger M Wheeler (3 miles) or Narragansett Town Beach (4 miles). There are many top notch restaurants ranging from seafood shacks to fine dining within minutes. (We’ll be glad to share our favorites!) Grocery stores and other shopping are also close by. Eastward Look has its own neighborhood park (5 minute walk from our home) with a playground, basketball court and tennis court. The local area has many other opportunities for being active with tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts plus trails for walking/running and biking. We love this neighborhood as it has all you need for a great stay minutes away but its also a central location if you want to do day trips to other parts of Rhode Island including Providence, Block Island, Jamestown, Newport and Misquamicut/Watch Hill. The Point Judith Ferry terminal to Block Island and Newport, RI is three miles away.
This house is perfect for large groups that want to stay very close to the ocean and be in house that is well outfitted and comfortable. We have a rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views and several bedrooms also with water views. The house is very modern and updated with everything you need to relax and entertain at the house, inside or out. We use this vacation home ourselves so we have furnished it with everything you need for a comfortable stay with updated high quality furnishings and a kitchen outfitted for those that like to cook and entertain. The kitchen is well stocked with flour, sugar, spices, cooking oils and kitchen tools to make a family meal. We make every effort to keep the home maintained and attend to guests needs.
Our fully redecorated, updated two level home with open floor plan offers six bedrooms and two full baths and amenities such as rooftop deck with full ocean views, second deck overlooking large back yard with brand new Weber grill, fully enclosed outdoor shower, fully stocked kitchen with all tools you need to make and serve meals, central air conditioning, washer & dryer, cable TV with SMART flatscreen TV, Blu Ray Player and Wifi. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach cart.

Level 1, open floor plan with modern kitchen with granite countertops, living and dining area, 2 bedrooms (one queen and one with Twin over Full bunk beds) and full bath.
Level 2, 4 bedrooms (3 with queen beds and one with Twin over Full bunk beds) and full bath; Two queen bedrooms have ocean views.

This is the second year we have stayed here & we already have our reservstion for 2026. Great location - easy walk to the beach and a local playground. Nice open layout to be able to spend family time.

Nicole’s property in Eastward Look is absolutely terrific for families. We were able to walk with the kids (or bike) to the beach daily, though we preferred to drive to gain access to the pavilions at Scarborough Beach. Nicole was extremely responsive throughout our stay! We had extra bedrooms to spare because the kids all wanted to sleep in one room, which meant overflow spaces with the 6 bedrooms which was great. All the bedrooms are very large and well appointed. Two of four the upstairs bedrooms have views of the water. There are 2 full bathrooms (one up, one down), both with tub/showers if your kids are still requiring a bath. The laundry is in the basement, and the washer and drier are new and worked well for our 10 family members staying there. There was some water in the basement related to rain storms, but Nicole is doing everything she can to mitigate including humidifiers, and this is not in the area of the washer/drier. There is a nice outdoor shower that was the kids favorite and helped us keep the place cleaner after the beach every day. The rooftop deck offers panoramic, lovely views of the coastline and could accommodate our whole crew. Overall location, communication with the host, and size of the home were just what we needed for a wonderful week!

Great neighborhood for bike riding. Short walk to beach and nearby playground. Flat backyard for playing. Rooftop deck excellent for fireworks watching. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, bowls and plastic containers for leftovers. Had sugar, flour, spices too! Pleasant living room area enough for 8 adults, 4 children (12,9,7,1).

Property was well stocked, enough parking for all families and my boat, close to Beaches and boat ramp. Would definitely stay at this property again.
