About this house rental
Home located in the popular and charming Eastward Look neighborhood. It's a short walk to Scarborough Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern New England. Enjoy the waves of the Atlantic and the large boardwalk and pavilion area, walk the rocks and fish off Black Point or just relax in the backyard of this home. Less than a 1/2 mile to the neighborhood children's playground, tennis courts and basketball court.
House features four bedrooms (sleeps 10)
1 full bathroom located on each level and a half bath in the master bedroom. Home includes (3) Smart HD TV's (WIFI Included) located in living room, master bedroom and lower level living room.
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms upstairs.
Oscillating fans in bedroom basement.
Outdoor amenities include hot/cold after-beach shower, deck and propane grill. Beach cart, umbrella, and beach chairs.
Scarborough State Beach (0.7 mile walk), Roger Wheeler State Beach (2.5 miles away) along with other beaches within a short drive.
Close to all area attractions: located minutes from Block Island Ferry and other beaches, 20 minutes to Newport, numerous public golf courses within a short drive, Foxwoods / Mohegan Sun casinos (45 minutes), Providence (45 minutes)

We loved this house! Will definitely come back! The location is perfect! It is on a great neighborhood street and close to everything including Scarborough Beach! The house is so clean and newly renovated! It had everything we needed: Beach chairs, towels, carts and toys! One extra was the fact the we went with my daughter, her husband and 2 children. The 4th bedroom was downstairs with a separate bathroom and living area. This was great for my husband and I. Would definitely rent again! Plus communication was excellent between the owners and us!

House was great for a larger family vacation. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and the home felt big enough. Check in was a breeze as was check out. Home was clean upon check in and honestly it was a great beach rental. Would rent again! Only note worthy item was that one of the bedrooms was rather tight, but aside from that, no notes as they say!

Overall a pretty good place to stay. Our complaints are: 1) misleading listing about air conditioning - there was none in 3 of the bedrooms, 2) insufficient paper products - no extra TP or paper towels, 3) no salt & pepper or other condiments, 4) frying pans in terrible condition, & 5) communications slow at times.
