New listing! This is a neat and clean 5 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. The house has central air conditioning. It features a large nicely tiled lower level family room with kithenette.We have a small view of the beach. Approximately 5 min walk to beach. Great wrap around deck for outside gatherings. Gas grill and extra picnic table in the nice backyard!

House was awesome! Well stocked. Plenty of room and the additional space downstairs was great! Great location to Scarborough beach, probably a 2 minute drive and a 10-15 minute walk. No central A/C downstairs but the window unit in the common area got the job done.Outside shower was a plus. Could use a privacy fence or something around it but whatever, we gave the neighbors a show. Overall it was a great week and a great house!

House was great for the 8 of us who just wanted to hang out with each other and go to he beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with Mary’s instructions, and the beach is free if you don’t drive. We would definitely stay here again!
