The house was amazing. It was very close to town and the ferry!! It was VERY clean and the host were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this property!!

This was a very comfortable place to stay in Avalon. It's nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well appointed and the rooms relatively large for the island. We had three adult couples traveling together and were delighted to not have to deal with twin beds, but there is a playpen (maybe crib?) folded up in the closet, for someone with small children. The location was great, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Kathy's communication with us was great!

Attentive hosts, well-appointed kitchen and great communication. Lots of places to relax but close enough to the town activities. Would rent again!
