Small kitchen with adjacent dining area for seven, laminate wood floors, and comfortable living room with round, glass top table to enjoy family games. Large side yard with tables and chairs, and a quick walk to the beach from this great family vacation home rental. A total of 994 square feet. 225CL | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

It was really nice, the house was clean, and spacious. The air cirulated well and it didn't feel hot. Everything was functional and we had a grill which was great for a barbecue. 10/10 will try to book again when I come back to catalina.

I use VRBO to get this property and this is first time I booked rental home.
This is my first impression about this property.

Location, Location, Location
closer to the Beach, restaurants, and market(Vons)
Con
no washer use(even though the washer is onsite)
only provide 2 towel per person.(Management said 2 is enough for 3days. I guess they don't shower after they swim in the ocean)
Only 6 beds on site(We have 8 people so 2 have to sleep on the floor and house is not that big about 1200sqft. max)
They don't answer the texting, you have to call when you ask something.
FYI
Check out time is 10 o'clock(It is on their website but who use hotel more often can confuse check out time is 11am like me)
On the check out date, the clean crew team knock on the door on 10:02. So prepare yourself to get out the house before 10 o'clock.
