About this house rental
Welcome to this two story family home with a large deck at the front of the home on the second floor - a great place to dine outside. The first floor offers an open floor plan for the shared living area - living room with a 47-inch flat panel TV, dining area with a glass top bistro table and four chairs, and a galley style kitchen with a counter and three bar stools for grabbing breakfast or keeping the cook company. There are also two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor. Each bedroom has a queen & twin bed. The bath has 2 doors, so guests in bedroom 2 don't have to walk through bedroom 1 to get to the bath. The second floor is one large suite with a sofa, love seat and 48-inch flat panel TV in a living area, king bed and a twin roll-away bed, full bath, and a kitchenette area with mini-fridge, cabinets, microwave, sink and toaster oven. Sliding glass doors in this master suite open onto the large deck, where you may sit outside and enjoy the mountain views and fresh sea air.*DOES NOT INCLUDE GOLF CART IN THE PHOTO* 323CE | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). The outside patio needs heavy cleaning. The small refrigerator upstairs does not work and the freezer is dirty. The location is good and it’s a nice property.

It was s nice stsy at a nice place, but the smountvof beds was not accurate. The fold away bed was too heavy to carry upstairs so one of us had to sleep on the couch. There was no linnen for the 8th bed. We had to order it

Such a great spot. Really loved the separation of rooms, having the master suite upstairs. The kids loved having the downstairs to themselves.

The house worked for us but was pricey. Typical of Avalon I guess. It was satisfactory. If you intend to do much cooking, the kitchen is very small. No ice maker. No filtered water. TV in one room was broken, window blinds in master broken. The slider screen to the deck needs repair. Floors were vacuumed but not mopped. I was surprised by the lengthy rental contract required by the rental company which was not up to date with my payments. It was abrassive legaleze, not welcoming. Titled "No golf carts, no pets." It had 21 sections that required initialing. I've never had to do that with a VRBO before. They did allow us to check out an hour later than the usual 10 am. The upper deck was nice and has a brand new barbecue which worked well. Overall, satisfactory.
