About this house rental
Chateau La Mer II Condo 703 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath, on the second floor. Warm wood floors, large flat screen tv with a Brand New Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Open concept kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar. This unit has a walk-in shower.
The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan will give you a spacious comfortable feeling. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cookware to whip up everything for a quick meal.
King bed in the bedroom, brand new queen sleeper sofa in Living Room. Sunroom is perfect for reading or relaxing on the love seat. Owner provided washer/dryer and Wi-Fi Internet. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.
Short walk to our deeded beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast,
This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru February for this unit.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Property was located about 20 minutes from the core of Destin. Private beach access is across the street and about a 7 minute walk from the unit. Pool was clean and well maintained. The unit itself was well-stocked. A few things could use updated, like the bathroom floor was peeling up in places. Also note that the sunroom has no doors. This creates a privacy issue for the bedroom as it is open to the living room through the sunroom. A curtain or pocket door would be nice if you have other guests sleeping in the living room. Washer/dryer was useful to have. Property felt safe and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and the property was nicely kept. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, which wasn’t bad at all. The condo was a nice, quiet spot to hangout after the beach!

Everything and everyone was so nice. Close to literally everything that you could possibly need. Lots of fun and entertainment. Great restaurants. Condo was private and quiet. And the people who work in the office to help with things are amazing. Pool was nice and clean and the beach was private, close and absolutely beautiful. I’m definitely coming back next year.

The queen bed needs to go into the garbage,its wore out with mattress stains. My back hurt me the whole stay.The sofa bed had dirty sheets on it when my friend opened it. The floors were very dirty. No garbage bags,one roll of toilet paper for 3 women. Kitchen was good and equipt.
