Chateau La Mer II South Seas #204 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath unit on the second floor. Just a short 5-minute walk to our deeded beach access and the pristine emerald waters and beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast.
Located in Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau La Mer II
is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our Private Beach along the Emerald Coast.
After a fun day of exploring you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or you can enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic area with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all! Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the area. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Multiple Outlet Shopping Malls are minutes away. There is something for every member of the family, no matter what age.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cookware

Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

We had an amazing stay celebrating our anniversary.Quick walk to the beautiful beach. The property is well maintained and convenient parking. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or other amenities but they all looked great and close to the unit.We will be back for another visit

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was super clean and the check in was super easy. Close to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved staying there.
