About this house rental
Two Bedroom - Two full baths on ground floor near pool. Three flat-screen TVs. King bed in Master Bedroom, two queens in guest bedroom. Queen Sofa-Sleeper. Screened-in back porch. Owner provided Wi-Fi internet and Washer/Dryer. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.
Located in the heart of Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau Le Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our Emerald Coast Private Beach.
After a fun day of exploring you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community grills available in our picnic areas with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all! Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the Destin Area. There is something for every member of the family no matter what age.
This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Condo was nice and accommodated our needs, and has plenty of parking. Also, it is directly across from the pool. The kids in the unit above us did get pretty loud though.

Furniture a little dated for four adults and more fitting for family with children. Patio furniture could use some Up dating as well. Overall great location and I would revisit again.

The location to the gulf and community of people were very good. The condo was very dirty - bathrooms, floors, cabinets and furniture. The living room/dinning furniture and kitchen cabinets/ stove are old and need replacement. Beds were comfortable. We worked with housekeeping for a better cleaning and still had to follow up with vacuuming and cleaning of floors. The washer and dryer left dark spots on clothes. The wall decor was pleasing. The property manager ( Richard) did his best to contact housekeeping for cleaning and pest control to spray for cockroaches. We left the condo cleaner than when we arrived!
