Nice Two Bedroom - Two Full Bath Condo on First Floor. Tile Kitchen and Baths - Large Flat Screen TV in Den and in Both Bedrooms. New Bedding. King in Master BR - Two Queens in Guest BR - Queen Sofa Sleeper. Free in-unit Wi-Fi Internet.
Newly painted and new furniture. Nearer to pool and beach. New Keurig coffee maker. Washer/Dryer is in the store-room on the patio. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.
This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.
Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. First it is a large two bedroom, two bath unit. Our son and his wife plus our two grandchildren stayed with us a few days and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans you could possibly want. It takes about 4 minutes to walk to one of the best beeches in the world, just beautiful here. There are restaurants within easy walking distance as well. There is a heated swimming pool just steps away from the unit which was nice. Lastly Richard who is the Property Manager was awesome and was very prompt to answer any questions I had. Yes, the beds slept great. There is a king in one room, two queens in another ( plenty of space in that room even with two Queen beds). Our quest said they slept fine as well. There is also a sleeper sofa. What can I say but I will definitely be making this one of our annual go too’s.

This rental is very easy to get to and conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very large. Would love to rent the unit for next trip!
