PARKING
Free parking in front of the house.

- You will have private access to the entire 2 BR condo!
- Check yourself in with our Schlage smart lock and keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).
- Guests can expect to climb a few stairs to get to the front door. The condo itself will be on the 2nd floor.
- Free parking is readily available.

Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.

- The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.

- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:


Option 1: Damage Waiver ($59) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1,500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it`s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Rental Agreement:

1. LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests stated in the listing. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. If the Owner concludes that this policy has been breached, the Owner reserves the right to expel the entire party with no refund.
2. NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE: Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), or create inconvenience for neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes.
3. CARE OF PREMISES/DAMAGES: NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN HOUSE. Automatic eviction plus forfeit of deposit and rent if violated. Renter agrees to pay the Owner for any damages to furnishings, household items, or pool that occur as a result of Renter’s occupancy. This will include payment of any additional cleaning charges over $100.00 incurred due to Renter’s occupancy.
4. OWNERS RIGHTS: Renter agrees that if the conditions and limitations set forth herein are not met, Owner shall have the right to cancel this agreement and may enter the Property, either by statutory proceedings or by force, to inspect the Property and ensure that Renter has vacated the Property. All monies paid by Renter shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
5. INDEMNITY CLAUSE: Renter hereby agrees to Indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities, including the use of the private swimming pool on the Property, and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto.
6. NO SUBLETTING: Renter may not sublet or assign this lease for all or any part of the premises without the prior written consent of the Owner.
7. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE: The Property is rented with the Owner’s furniture and household furnishings. The owner shall not be responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment not presently available in the Property. Renter will report any maintenance issues immediately to the Owner. The owner will make every effort to repair and/or replace any equipment that is not working properly but cannot guarantee that all equipment is in good operating order at all times and no rate adjustments or refund will be made for equipment or appliance failures.
8. CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation terms applicable to this reservation shall be governed by the policies of the platform through which the reservation was booked.
9. PARKING: Parking rules, designated areas, and instructions will be provided in your check-in details prior to arrival.

Renter and Owner, by signing this Rental Agreement, acknowledge that they will comply with the terms of this agreement, and each assumes the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein.
Renter acknowledges receipt of the House Rules.
Renter acknowledges that they have read, accept, and agree to the terms set forth.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
1. CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN 10am, unless otherwise discussed and approved.
2. All furniture should be returned to its original location.
3. Empty all overflowing trash in the garbage pails designated for this property (instructions will be provided)
4. Remove and dispose of all food items from the refrigerator and pantry/cabinets.
5. Place dishes, utensils, etc. in the dishwasher (if applicable) and turn it on when you depart.
6. Place all used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor and leave any used beds unmade. We’ll take care of the rest!
7. Put key(s) back in the lock box if you had to use them.

Absolutely wonderful vacation in this condo! Parking was very easy and it was so clean, WiFi was spot on we had no trouble with it at all. Joseph was the most responsive host we’ve ever had, he was on top of everything, emailed us to make sure our check in went smoothly, then checked in on us to see if we needed anything. All in all everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. I hope we can get back to Destin again and if we do we will stay in this condo

Beautiful place with plenty of space for our family of 4. Literally 100 yards from the front door to the beach and it came with beach toys, towels, chairs and a cooler to make your experience great! Super close to restaurants also! Don’t need a rental car! Everyone rents golf carts that can get you up n down the main strip to all the shops, bars and restaurants.

This location was dreamy for a beach getaway. The unit was clean and accurate for the online description. Location is so convenient to a private access section of beach with both a pool and private pickleball/tennis courts. It is a little older unit but everything was working and beds were comfortable. Great communication with the owner as well. Would absolutely stay here again!
