Belmont Towers Beauty in the Heart of Ocean City

The host provided excellent information so we could easily understand various aspects of our stay and the property. The property is situated in a great area for getting to the beach or other fun things at the OC (Ocean City) boardwalk. Being on the 7th floor gave us a great view of the Ferris wheel in the distance and the pool at the complex. Each of the 2 bedrooms could sleep 4 adults if needed—a clever way to make great use of this beautiful condo! The doorways are wide which was very helpful for moving luggage in and out. The host has set up this great condo with a lot of thoughtful extras and we had a great time!!!

We weren’t able to check in til 4:30 because the cleaners hadn’t cleaned yet. But other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Very nice property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay in this unit again! The host gave wonderful instructions and provided some nice touches for our stay.

Based on communication and cleanliness, I would not rent from this owner again but I would another unit and owner. Arrived and needed some guidance entering the garage so I called the owner who was so rude and condescending asking if I even read the long message he sent when I booked. His tone was so belittling, it turned my excitement down, even my children who heard our interaction were asking why he was yelling at me. Aside from that, the location was perfect for beach entrance and enough away from the loudness of the boardwalk. The balcony view was beautiful and serene. The condo itself was neat and accommodating to a family to stay comfortably. However, it was extremely dirty. The bottom of our feet and socks were black within minutes of waking in. The entire unit was full of sand. I spent the first hour and a half sweeping the entire place and vacuuming the furniture. I’m not the sure the last time cleaners actually swept and mopped. We had to walk with shoes through the rest of the stay which didn’t feel comfortable especially with a toddler. There was sand on the bedding in the master and some of the linen did not look washed in between use because again there was sand, hair and crumbs on them. The kitchen was fitting for cooking. I suggest buying condiments and oil; everything else is provided. . I tried my best to treat the place as I would my own home and clean up as we went.
