Master features a King Bed, walk-in closet and large private bath jetted tub, separate shower 2 sink vanity. Second master has a Queen bed with private bath. Bedroom 3 features double over double bunk as well as single over single bunk. Comfortable for max of 10. 65' UHD Smart flat panel in Living Room with wall mounted HD TV's with HD cable boxes in bedrooms. Beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and Great Room. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs (fireplace is for decorative purposes only). Gorgeous views from balcony overlooking the bay, Assateague Island and West OC skyline. Everything you need to enjoy a vacation home at the beach! When not on the beach enjoy fishing on the private pier, views of the ocean, bay, sunrise and sunsets. Ask about use of boat slip.

Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away. Within 3 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries. All right at your door step. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.

The unit was beautiful but it was not cleaned. Dirty laundry left in unit...cockroach on the bathroom floor...mold on toilet seat.. we loved the unit but we paid a lot and were very dissapointed because of this. Best of oc who manages the unit gave excellent service though and that helped so much. I should be given some money back on this reservation

The unit was beautiful a great view of the bay. The proximately to the boardwalk was perfect. It was within an easy walking distance. The best part with the direction this unit faced the noise at night was minimal and you could just relax and enjoy the view. Definitely recommend this location.

The unit was prety clean upon arrival, owner responded quickly with the coffee maker. The unit itself needs attention, i would have thought that during the slow winter season would be when updating and repairs would be scheduled? Gurss not. Wall patches, floor apart old mattresses, not a welk stocked kitchen. There were only 5 of us and barely enough pots and pans to get by. The unit would be vwry nice with some attention.
