About this apartment rental
This beautiful 4-story custom built Caribbean inspired single family beach house will take your breath away with finest furnishing and amenities. The house is professionally painted and decorated with warm colors and styles yet cool soothing island vibes. New flooring in three bedrooms (2021). The first level welcomes guests through a spacious foyer. On the 2nd floor you'll be greeted by warm colors of the dining and living rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE/LG stainless steel French door refrigerator & freezer and other appliances. There are two bedrooms on the third floor, each having its own bathroom and a furnished deck. A spacious laundry room with washer and dryer also on this floor. The master bedroom on the fourth floor with a furnished deck. Master bath has extended size shower & a vanity.

This house has a private 2- car garage with porcelain tile flooring. Each bedroom has flat screen Smart TV mounted onto the wall and remote control. The family room has 56” flat screen Smart TV with cable as well. Entertainment system has a DVD/CD player. Wireless highspeed internet and WiFi available as well.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking & eating utensils, coffee maker, griddle, toaster oven, blender & dishwasher.
All toilette seats have soft-close top. Please bring your own linen and paper products. We provide one complimentary roll of toilette paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towel for the kitchen.
This house is close to the board walk, the bay and convenience stores, shops, restaurants, bar & grill restaurants, all within a 5 minute walk.
There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit. VRBO will put a hold on your credit card First 50% of total is due at booking time , balance is due 45 days from check in date. Reservations made less than 30 days from the arrival date are due in full at the time of signing the contract. We only rent to Families and group of adults over 25 years old.. The property is children friendly, and no pets allowed. NO college or high school groups. All inquiries must provide a cell phone number.

Very much as advertised carribean-styled with warm colors and was really comfortable for 3 families. We noticed at the last minute we were supposed to bring our own linens + towels, which wasn't a problem but is just odd for a very nice rental. Also there's a cleaning fee assessed but with noticeable sand through most of the rooms and dusty/not quite clean bathrooms, worst in the double bed room (kids room?) with noticeable mold growing around the vent. Made a very nice stay and incredible location a little less than stellar.
