Sunny appartement with two balconys
Big, very clean and sunny appartement with two balconys, well equipped kitchen, nice furniture. Stove, oven, wash machine, two TVs... Very friendly and cooperative host. Good wifi. Good location to reach city center.
Only one double bed has good mattress, remaining beds in the other (children) room are less comfortable. For a family with children it's OK, but for more adults needing separate sleep it's not so comfortable. House is on a (even at night) busy crossroad so if you want to have fresh air in the night, you must accept some traffic noise.

Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
Es war ein Blumenstrauss zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe war komplett problemlos. Probleme mit dem Frenseher wurden umgehend freundlich und persönlich behoben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 5. Etage und der Fahrstuhl war leider ab dem 2. Tag defekt. (Die Reparatur erfolgte laut Hausbewohnern in der 2. Woche, wo wir leider schon abgereist sind). - Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind nur auf der Strasse am Haus vorhanden, wir hatten immer Glück mit dem Parkplatz.

Toller Apartment mit sehr schönen Aussicht
Alles war perfekt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Lage, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war 1a. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diesen Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Zu laut!
Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung ubd sehr geräumig. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden.
Schlecht wärmegedämmtes Haus, selbst nach stundenlangem Lüften war kaum eine Abkühlung der Räume zu verzeichnen. Hinzu kommt, daß das Haus an der Kreuzung zweier stark frequentierter Hauptverkehrsstraßen liegt und es somit extrem laut ist.

Super heimische Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen (5min mit dem Bus vom Hauptbahnhof Wiesbaden) und weitaus größer als von den Bildern her erwartet. Wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt und auch an Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was man in irgendeiner Form gebrauchen könnte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und bei Problemen auch jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen :)
