Excellent Apartment, Great Location

The apartment has easy access to the surrounding areas, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, etc. and the Taunus mountains. There was a bus stop directly across the street with different bus routes to downtown Wiesbaden and surrounding villages. The Edeka and ATM a few blocks away was a bonus. We were stranded during the snowfall and were able to walk to Edeka for provisions with no issues. WI-Fi Internet at first was not the greatest. Florian, the property owner, was very responsive in our concerns about the Wi-Fi and took immediate action in getting it resolved improving the Wi-Fi tenfold and making our extended stay more pleasant. I enjoyed the balcony and being able to bird watch and observe the different types of birds that stop to visit the green space. There was also plenty of hiking trails and fields to explore if you want a piece of nature. The beds were surprisingly comfortable.The apartment with the balcony was suitable and had sufficient space for a family of 4 and had the amenities we needed for our stay. It has heated flooring and electric rolladens which you don't find too often in hotel rooms. I definitely recommend due to cost, size, amenities and responsiveness of the property owner. You will not find a better deal in the surrounding area.

There was adequate parking for even 2 cars which is unheard of in Germany, 1 assigned spot and street parking. The parking situation can get a little out of hand at times. We had 1 assigned parking spot but ran into multiple issues with other guests taking our spot and/or blocking us in the driveway. The property owner was very responsive and took immediate action to resolve our parking concerns.

Spacious apartment, quit place, private parking.

Poor internet, kitchen equipment was not cleaned from previous guests and had bad smell. The beds were not comfortable.
