I liked the appartment, it is clean, tidy, and comfortable, a lot of towels and bed sheets.
To be honest, the appartment was very good except for the heating, there was no heating at all, it was October and the weather was cold, first we contacted the host and we told him about the problem, he answerd that the heating must be on, we tried to turn it on but it didn't work, after a while i called back there was no answer at all, after that i sent a couple of SMS begging to bring us a small heater, no answer . Pitty in a good appartment wiithout heating.

Lovely place in a peaceful neighbourhood
Lovely apartment with heaps of space, in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood! Balcony was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and the place looked great! Host was also efficient in replying our queries and problems. Dryer and Washing machine was also useful, and the place is well stocked with cutleries and utensils.
Both toilet locks were not working, digital lock didn't work sometimes, but was solved after much persistence, some pots and pans were still dirty inside. Can get quite hot in the bedrooms during summer.

Prinzipiell sehr schöne Wohnung - Preis <> Leistung aber etwas überzogen
Sehr nette Vermieterin - der Tipp mit dem Parkhaus war super ! Prinzipiell ist die Wohnung sehr schön - sehr bequeme Betten - tolles Wohnzimmer Rest siehe unten....
Das Bad sollte einmal renoviert werden - Thema Silikonfugen / Duschtüre defekt.... Für den Badebereich wird das Warmwasser mit einem Durchlauferhitzer erwärmt - leider überhitzt dieser ständig das Wasser. Da kein Thermostat bzw. Sicherheitstemperaturbegrenzer eingebaut ist, besteht grade bei Kindern die Gefahr von Verbrühung. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet - kein warmes Wasser - das ganze macht keinen guten Eindruck. Prinzipiell könnte man darüber hinwegsehen - aber der Mietpreis rechtfertigt das nicht.

Ich habe mich mit meinen Freundinnen in der ruhigen , hübschen Altbauwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die ruhige Lage der Wohnung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit in nächster Nähe war optimal. Die Bushaltestelle um zum Bahnhof , oder ins Zentrum zu gelangen war auch nicht weit. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und die Betten sind bequem.
Die Küchenausstattung war leider etwas dürftig. Zu wenig Weingläser , unvollständiges Besteck , Frühstücksteller usw. ,sowie nur 1 kleinere Pfanne z.B. für Spiegeleier war vorhanden. Keine Möglichkeit sich einen Filterkaffee zuzubereiten. Nur eine kleine Kapselmaschine.

Fijn verblijf voor een weekendje weg!
Fijn contact met de eigenaresse. Het appartement bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping zonder lift in een woonwijk vlakbij het centrum. Sfeervol ingericht. De bedden waren fantastisch! Voor ons lag alles op loopafstand! We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, prima voor onze eerste keer Wiesbaden!
De trappen omhoog ;-) maar bij nader inzien is dit vrij gebruikelijk in de traditioneel Duitse appartementen.
