Our newly built home in Montauk home is comfortable and relaxing. Located on a quiet residential road, we are one of only 3 houses so you will have the privacy and calming atmosphere you deserve. Plenty of sunlight and surrounded by nature, you and your family will enjoy spending time in our home this summer.

The first floor offers an open concept to ensure no fun times are missed. The house offers two master bedroom suites (one upstairs and one on the first floor), both with full bathrooms (downstairs has a large walk in shower while upstairs has a shower and a large soaker tub) and large walk in closets. There are two additional bedrooms located upstairs, one offering a full size bed. The other room has twin beds; these two rooms are joined by a full bathroom. The house also offers two separate laundry facilities, one upstairs and on downstairs. The kitchen is a great place to entertain with an island seating up to 5, while the dining room offers a beautiful handmade table seating 8-10. The living room and upstairs master bedroom offer flat screen smart tvs and the downstairs master has a small flatscreen tv. There is a private deck off of the upstairs master bedroom which provides the perfect spot to watch both the sunrise and sunset. Our home is located just off West Lake Drive, near Montauk Downs Golf Course, and a short drive into town, the marina, or to many of the beaches including Ditch Plains.
