Very spacious and cosy
The master bedroom & ensuite bathroom were too cold. Would be nice to have two portable heaters for the room and heater in the bathroom. Electric blanket made sleeping great.

The location and the view were stunning. House was well appointed and very comfortable for our family of 5. Gorgeous surrounding and view of the lake, from the living and outdoor dining area. Close to all amenities. Did an incredible day trip out to Mt Cook, and beautiful walks around Lake Takepo. Great for a 2-night stopover.

Nice and sunny outlook and plenty of light. Good space inside. Car parking. Quick drive to town. Comfortable bed. Comfortable couches.
Glass tables and too many hard surfaces. Tv is almost unusable tucked away in a cupboard and too small. DVD player didn't work - broken cable. Outdoor furniture falling apart, no sun umbrella put out and no nice outdoor seating
