We were a group of 4 and had a lovely stay at Andrew's place. Communication with Andrew was great, and our contactless check in went very smoothly. The place was very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend the place to anyone. Thanks for your warm, southern hospitality, Andrew!

I cannot say enough about this Vrbo. House was bright and airy and clean and an amazing location! Took my 22 yo and 20 yo daughter for a mother daughter weekend. Needed to have some time to laugh and play and get away from college and take a break from work. Truly awesome and amazing location. Can beat this spot guys. Enjoy and we WILL be back. Also enjoyed the fresh flowers left for us on the kitchen counter. Incredible personal touch. ❤️❤️

The location is as good as advertised but there are many things about this property that fell short (especially for the money). It gives the impression that the owner doesn't really care and that due to demand it doesn't have to pay attention to detail. The place is very small and if you plan to sleep 5 it will be a very tight fit. Here are some of the details that could be improved. There were exactly 6 towels and everyone had a hole or stain in them. The doors on the bathrooms do not stay shut or lock (incredibly annoying). The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable and could only be sat in for a few minutes at a time. There was old furniture and trash all over the front porch area, perhaps waste material from a remodel. One of the bathrooms is incredibly small and toilet seems to be a composting toilet (not sure) and has a foul smell to it. The shower opening is so small you have to turn sideways to enter it. The sink is smaller than an airplane bathroom sink and has no where to put toiletries. The pictures provided are no longer accurate. It shows two king/queen beds but has been converted to two singles (minor inconvenience). The floors because they are painted white are stained and dirty. The master bedroom gets an incredible amount of street noise (not much the owner can do there). There was coffee provided but no cream or sugar. For as expensive per night as this place you'd think thats a throw in. Also I did reach out to inquire about an early check in (even willing to pay for it) but received no response. Later I asked if we could drop our luggage off before check in and got a reasonable response in about 30 minutes. If this place were a bargain t it would be easier to overlook these details but these are not hard fixes and simple changes could be made to improve the stay.
