We stayed in unit C, the Courtyard Cottage. The location was close enough to King Street and far enough away for less crowds. It was a nicely decorated unit with nice finishes. The beds and linens were comfortable. Good coffee beans were provided for coffee, little to no noise except for some street traffic in the mornings. Quick responses to a couple small questions. Overall, nice place.

We have stayed here several times now. It is a great location for food and shopping. Has a great vibe with great outside sitting and very private feeling. Highly reccomend!

I rented this property so my 16 year old son and I could work, e-learn, and also having a mini get away. Unfortunately, when we arrived on time on Sunday our rented apartment was not ready. The gentleman cleaning the space was kind but had a great deal of work to do. He mentioned the prior guest had not left the property until 3 PM. I understand that is not the renters fault but it was not my fault or my son’s either and we were inconvenienced. We had to wait for quite awhile before our space was available. Normally that would have been a big deal but we were exhausted after a long drive. Also, due to the hurried job the cleaning company did, the shower, refrigerator, countertops, and patio areas were not cleaned or cleaned well. We had to immediately go to the grocery store to purchase cleaning wipes to wipe things down. Since we were still working and e-learning, we had full days and but free evenings. We did not expect noise to be a problem because we were in a residential neighborhood. Unfortunately, the landscapers and the tree trimming company were really loud. My son had to take his work into the interior restroom area just so he could concentrate. I could not hear anyone on the other end of my conference calls. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that tree trimmers were coming so my son and I could have made plans to be elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to the equipment and crews leaving would have been difficult. We very much enjoyed the neighborhood and the walk ability of it. The apartment was charming and quaint.
