This is a 2BR/2BA condo within a 6BR house. Everything pictured is private to this listing, besides the porch and the driveway. This home was completely renovated using high-end materials, so while you maybe sharing the house with other groups you will never know they were there!
Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We have a wonderful visit and loved our bright and open unit in a classic Charleston house. Quiet neighborhood but easy walk to everything in the downtown and historic district. Many thanks to our host.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is great for all activities on King Street, it's just a short walk. The home was very clean, had everything we needed for a great stay. One word of caution on the parking. The parking for the unit is very tight and you have to travel down a narrow driveway to get to it. We were able to get our large SUV into the parking spot, but due to the very small parking space, were not able to get the vehicle out until the car parked next to us was moved.
