With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
- Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10am.
- This rental is located in downtown Charleston and with that will come city noise.
- There is a set of stairs that is required to enter the rental.
- Parking is not permitted in the dedicated lot on Sundays from 8am-3pm.

Short trip. Thank you for accommodating us for two nights. Our family is relocating to James Islands so we were closing on our home and this was a great spot to accommodate us. Everything was neat and tidy the space of the unit was great everything we needed it. Love the bagel shop and coffee shop underneath. If you are sensitive to city noise and late night cackling through the youngsters then this might not be the spot for you. The unit does have sale machines if you need but just be mindful you are staying in the city. But that doesn’t bother us at all. Thank you again.

The property had easy access to everything within 10-20 minutes depending where you wanted to go. A lot of great restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with the owners was great. We didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch and they had someone drop them off immediately for us. Full kitchen and all towels. Only downfall was We did have to buy TP as only 2 rolls were there and you can hear everything outside. There isn’t a noise barrier to the sheet since it’s an older building so as long as you don’t mind it’s great. Holy bagel is right below and had some great options for food

Location is convenient to King Street with great restaurant options. Unit is clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, toiletries and kitchen/laundry necessities. Parking in the church lot across the street is convenient and safe.Beds are subjective, for us they were too soft and not comfortable as we rolled into the middle like a taco shell. The ‘pullout couch’ is actually a twin inside the arm chair and the mattress was thin and not very clean or comfy. The couch itself was also dirty looking. There is a bagel store below and the work begins very early in the morning and their door slams often, keeping light sleepers awake even with sound machines. Unfortunately there was also construction happening to the building during our stay which we were not informed of (siding was being replaced on exterior walls just outside the unit). Messaged the owners and they said they were unaware of any construction happening which is strange if they own the unit. The banging, grinding and vibration was very loud and disruptive.
