Pelican Cove is a well-located beach retreat and a favorite destination for guests. We offer a well-appointed, comfortable space with plenty of style, a private sandy beach for lounging, and a boat dock that doubles as a crabbing hot spot! You can expect a quick response to inquiries from families and professionals. This rental is not for groups looking to come to Dewey to party. **Occupancy**
The condo can only accommodate 3 people (this includes infants). Please do not plan to rent and violate the occupancy limits. You will be asked to leave the property without a refund if more than the limits are in the condo. It is strictly enforced by the condo association.
**Cancellations due to Emergency or extenuating circumstances**
No refunds will be given for emergencies, illness, extenuating circumstances or storms. Renters must obtain travel insurance to protect themselves.
Parking
-One parking space reserved in Pelican Cove plus a Dewey beach parking permit ( the Dewey parking pass is only needed and available May 15th to September 15th.)
Pets
• We are pet-friendly but do charge an extra fee. $50 per pet.
• Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit. Please respect this rule.
Linens:
•Linens (sheets and towels) are now provided by a linen service. Both will be dropped off in advance of your arrival. Guests are responsible for making the beds and placing the dirty linens in the provided bag outside of the unit at departure. Failure to strip the linens and put the towels on the front porch is a $75 fee.
•There are a mattress topper for both sofa beds that are stored in the storage components of the sofas. Toppers must be folded and placed back into storage bins before departure.
Boat Slip
You have access to one boat slip on the dock for your exclusive use. The closest boat launch is Pier Point Marina, at the end of Rodney St., one street south from us…. $10 buys a round trip in/out use of the boat ramp.
About Pelican Cove
Pelican Cove is a small private condo complex. There are seven units. All units have access to the private beach. It is rare that all seven units are occupied at the same time. Each unit has one boat slip on the dock.
From mid-November to mid-March, only our unit and two others are operational. It is truly a peaceful and quiet getaway.
Our unit is on the ground level. There is another two level unit directly above. from memorial day to labor day (weekends), there is a bar on the water down the shoreline and depending on the winds you may hear music. It has never been an issue for us.

Perfect place to stay for 2 adults and a dog. Very clean and for a small space, there is everything you need! Owners were very thought in their design of how the place would be used. Location was nice and quiet, just a short walk to the restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Charmingly decorated. Seemed more spacious than the pictures showed. All the furniture is comfortable, including the bed. Convenient wall hangers instead of closet. Pocket doors were space saving and operated smoothly. Short walk to Grotto, Mamma Maria, The Coffee Mill. The view of the bay is spectacular.

Enjoyed this sight so much! Place is clean and cozy-just right for the two of us. I enjoyed reading and coffee on the chairs just out front. We cooked, chilled out in the living room, watched gorgeous sunsets, ordered some take out!Thank you!
