We are located only 3.5 miles from the beach (Clearwater Beach - voted most beautiful beach in the USA in 2016). Several restaurants, a shopping center and a supermarket (Publix) are located within a close walking distance. A public bus is availlable in front, taking you to all nearby attractions. Several golf courses are nearby (5 minute drive) as well as the Pinellas Trail for those who enjoy walking, running and biking.

Extremely clean , convenient location to beaches, owner easily available and concerned about stay, only concern was pool which is beautiful was very busy often hard to get lounge chairs but overall was great and would return

Very nice condo is everything you need in the condo. It has an induction stove which I was impressed by I want to get one. Close to a restaurant called Abe's place good food and drinks in walking distance. The outsde property is well maintained. This is our third year here and The first tome in this condo ,we'll be back again

Centrally located to everything. If the hip hop Clearwater Beach isn't your thing, there is Sand Key park which is very laid back. The condo is well maintained and property manager communicates frequently to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
