This is a one bedroom one bath newly renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, closet, large bedroom, and cozy living area . The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge, full stove, set of silverware, pots and pans, cups, and glasses. Bedroom has a queen sized bed that sleeps a maximum of three people and a flat screen tv. There is a cozy living area with a 50" Smart flat screen tv and a large leather couch/sofa bed for all your comfort needs. The private balcony has two chairs and small table and is very quiet. This condo is located on the first/ground floor. Wi-fi included inside and Pool side .Towels,beach towels, chairs, noodles, umbrella, cooler.
The Avalon features a large clubhouse offering 24/7 wi-fi internet access, a large heated pool with a barbecue area, as well as a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance. This newly renovated condo is tastily decorated and will make you feel right at home .This gated community is located 5 minutes (driving )from clearwater beach on the gulf of Mexico(voted #1 beach in the us in 2013)

Very clean. Stocked with everything we needed for our little cozy getaway. We enjoyed cooking our breakfasts together and having breakfast on the little balcony. The bed was super comfy. Added extras were nice even down to dish soaps, and laundry supplies. Host was easy reachable and pleasant.

We stay at The Avalon every year when visiting family in Clearwater. The property is wonderfully maintained, and it was really crowded this year, but the property managers kept the place clean and running smoothly. The condo is small, the smallest I have seen there, but it was priced really well. The only issue was ants in the kitchen; we just learned not to keep any food on the sink counter and keep a very tidy space. The apartment is dated (original cabinets, tub, and fixtures), but still worth the price in my opinion. The apartment was clean, stocked with towels, and beach chairs. Definitely a must if going to FL on a budget.

Very nice pool area. One bedroom condos are very small.
Suggest paying the extra for a larger unit.
