Carmen was the BEST host. So available if you needed anything at all. The apartment had absolutely anything you need, from towels to linens to toliet paper. I didn’t have to buy a single thing. Just steps to the pool, it was the perfect location. I would come back any day!

Great location for pool ... dated but very clean ... excellent communication with hostess ... our second year in this unit and we truly enjoyed our three-week stay!!

The location is convenient to all of Clearwater. The apt was very clean and ready for guests. Check-in and Check-out id very easy and Carmen is an excellent host and communicator. Thank you.

Came here to vacation with family who were renting at Avalon as well. Literally 15 steps to the pool but never noisey inside the condo. Very clean and very well equipped. Need groceries, right across the street. Want to go to the beach, 11 minutes to beautiful Clearwater beach! Hungry, Abe's is a 2 minute walk.
Carmen was very informative and helpful from booking thru the end of my stay, a top notch host.🙂
