Good spa and pool, great service and helpful staff

Definitely not worth the money!

It looks good (only) from the outside and the bathroom was new.

The pool was not clean and the water in the jacuzzi was due for replacement since 9 days (according to the display of the jacuzzi, which is in line with what we saw). Moreover, there was a construction site right next to the hotel and it was very loud starting from 8am. There was no electricity for around an hour every day of our 3 day stay (so there was also no hot water in the evening when everyone wants to take a shower). The breakfast was rather scarce, the tea was cold and if you want to have it to go, you are charged 5lv!

Big and nicely decorated rooms and a big swimming pool. The staff is friendly.

The price is too high for a 2 star hotel. The internet isn't working really. The breakfast is minimal with no healthy options. The room had a single glass even though we were 3 people. No change of sheets and towels, no cleaning services.

Good place for the money with maintains SPA zone and very good breakfast!

The hotel is newly built, it is very small, which only 9 rooms,(which can be considered as an advantage in regard to the COVID situation) and it is clean with spacious rooms with terraces and good views. The breakfast is very good although one and the same every day. The hotel possesses internal how water swimming pool (not outdoor one, as it is advertised), sauna, a steam bath and outdoor Jacuzzi with hot water. The personnel is polite and responsive.

The hotel is situated on a unpaved and unmaintained street and the dust from passing vehicles covers the parked cars and enters the rooms. During our stay construction works were going on on the roof and it was a continuous noise and waste was falling down on the room terrace that was inconvenient. There is no reception functioning during the night and the guests were supposed to lock and unlock the main entrance door by theirselves although there is not a curfew. There is a restaurant in the hotel but only a breakfast is served on an open buffet . A dinner is not offered although there is a nearby restaurant of the same owners (probably) where the food is good. However the service is extremely slow (be ready to wait an hour for your order). Nevertheless, other restaurants are available in the village. To conclude: it is good place for the money and the mentioned notes do not necessarily mean drawbacks. Some people can consider them as an advantage. The fact is that we spent a good time there and had excellent rest from the noisy daily routine and due to the small number of rooms in most of the time we were the only visitors of the SPA centre.

Чудесен дворец с всички удобства. Естествено, за външен басейн през февруари не беше подходящо, но вътрешният, съчетан с финландска сауна, парна баня, външно брилянтно джакузи и топило бяха поетичен нюанс към тридневния ни престои. Само за ценители, в ресторанта попитайте за "дядовата" ракия. Ще ми благодарите после. Персонал за чудо и приказ! Вън от минералните удоволствия, има къде да се разходите и какво да видите. Вкъщи се прибирате с напълно презаредени батерии.

Ако някому нещо там не е харесало съм любопитен да разбера.

Много добър екстериор и интериор. Много приятни решения, много чисто. Закуската беше скромна, но достатъчно да се нахраниш. Отоплението беше достатъчно. Сауната и парната баня бяха много добре настроени.

Изхранването беше само закуска, обяд и вечеря по заявка от близко заведение. Е с 10% отстъпка- може би. Залата с басейна не се поддържа, видимо. Само 5 шезлонга. Джакузито и топилото са навън, а е зима все пак.

Много спокойно и приятно място

Чисто, тихо и приятно място, дамата на рецепция беше много любезна, закуската напълно достатъчна, стаята много просторна. Тъкмо направихме резервация за следващо посещение.

Сауната и парната баня биха могли да са една идея по-силни, но не е нещо фатално. Стълбите пред тях са доста хлъзгави и не само ние се пързаляхме там, може да се обърне идея на настилката, за да не стане инцидент.

Хотела е чудесен, има добра организация, приветлив персонал. Тройните стаи на последния етаж са много хубави и приятни. Вътрешния басейн е с нормален размер за хотела, има място. Закуската беше вкусна. Десерта Реване беше чудесен.

В басейна има обортни макарони и дъски за плуване. Когато си направиш легло от тях и се оставиш да се носиш по водата от тавана капят капки, които се образуват от конденза.По законите на Мърфи винаги ти уцелват главата. Всичко беше много хубаво.

Спокойно и тихо място, удобно за уединение по това време на годината. Големи и топли стаи, с големи и много удобни легла. Чисто, любезен персонал, вкусна и богата закуска. Спа центърът е приятен, с парна баня, сауна и голям вътрешен басейн. Външен студен и малък горещ басейн с мин.вода.
