Charming Family Vacation Home Near Florida's Beautiful Beaches
Welcome to your perfect Florida getaway! This charming home is ideal for families looking for a relaxing vacation with plenty of opportunities for fun, adventure, and outdoor activities.
Our home is conveniently located just 3–5 minutes by car or bike from some of Florida's most beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, including Manasota Beach, Venice Beach, and Caspersen Beach. To make your beach days even more enjoyable, we provide two complimentary bicycles, three beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for our guests.
Nature lovers will enjoy nearby Shamrock Park & Nature Center, which offers something for everyone. The park features a children's playground, scenic biking and walking trails, picnic areas, a butterfly garden, tennis and basketball courts, and a beautiful canal where you may spot manatees and dolphins. It's also home to a variety of Florida wildlife, including tortoises, raccoons, birds, and lizards.
The home features two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, making it perfect for families or small groups.
The spacious living room is designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a premium sound system that creates a home theater experience for your favorite movies and shows.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, water filtration system, cookware, dishes. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area where everyone can gather and enjoy meals together.
For your convenience, the home also includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer in the garage.
Security Camera
For the safety of our guests and the property, the home is equipped with one exterior security camera that is always active. The camera is located at the front of the home and faces the front door/entryway. It is used for security purposes only.
Important Information About the Water & Septic System
Well Water:
This home is supplied by a private well and is equipped with a water softener. While the water is suitable for bathing and everyday household use, we recommend drinking bottled water during your stay.
Septic System:
This home is on a septic system. Please flush only human waste . Do not flush wipes (including those labeled "flushable"), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, cotton swabs, or any other items, as they can damage the septic system and result in costly repairs.
Enjoy Florida's beautiful weather in the screened Florida room (lanai), complete with a large patio table and plenty of seating for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or relaxing in the evening. As the sun sets, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and even hear the soothing sound of the nearby ocean waves.

The kitchen had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location for our stay. The host was quick to respond. It was pet friendly and smelled very fresh when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Keyless entry would be more convenient ( not carrying someones key )TV s in bedroom would also be a plus. More than 1 trash bag for a week ,toliet tissue and paper towels would be more convenient. Also long lenght mirror would be great! The place was nice just these items would be helpful

The property was lacking landscaping, outdoor seating and color. First impression -neighbors parking on the front/side yards , messy -very unappealing A cozy outdoor area for your northern guests would have been a plus.
The water smelled of rotten eggs for 1 week. Finally was corrected for the 2nd week. (At least 2 requests to management) unfortunately the water pressure was an issue for the second half of our stay.
Furniture was sparse. Not cozy. Windows in the Master lacked screens.
The bathrooms were great . Closet space was awesome.
The washer/dryer was very convenient.
Bikes were very nice. Park was wonderful
Towels were plentiful though bleached stained ones should be retired.
No tin foil, plastic wrap 1 garbage bag 1 dishwasher tab
Nice to have some spices and coffee /filters
Beach umbrella was broken.
The location to beaches was excellent. The weather was magnificent.
