Fully renovated house with very clean design. New Kitchen and bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay the house was a quick 5-10 mins drive to the beach and close to many stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

The house was perfect for us because it was close to our children and grandchildren. Being able to have our dogs securely fenced in a large yard was the best. The house has been beautifully redone. All tiled floors and new kitchen and bathrooms. I would suggest that the furniture be updated, especially the beds. Our Host was lovely and helpful in every way. The only thing that was disconcerting was finding out that the attached garage had also been redone and was being rented as well. I don't know if I missed it in the listing but we rented the house thinking that it would be just us on the property. We were separated and did not share common ground but it did throw us off to find out.

This property was the perfect place for my husband and I, along with our 2 furbabies, to stay while exploring Venice and the surrounding area. The fenced in backyard and screened lanai were a bonus. The house was clean and comfy and the hostess couldn't have been any more accommodating! She returned my call immediately when I needed help. We fell in love with Venice and we will definitely rent here again!

The property is ok for the price! The backyard is horrible and unkept. The 2nd bathroom only had hot water half the time. It’s decorated ok but the sofa, chair, and beds are very uncomfortable. We had to take our recyclables home with us because the recycle can was full with trash bags and plastic bottles. We were here for 5 days but I guess the service doesn’t come until later today and the previous renters filled it up. Maybe the owners should put out a 2nd trash can! I think the newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen is an old advertisement because it’s definitely not newly renovated. It was closer to Casperan beach than the last few times we’ve stayed in Venice.
