The home is within walking distance of HEB and the heart of Boerne. It is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath and lots of space and area to enjoy.

Due to the new Boerne/Kendall County regulations, the home is limited to 8 guests and 3 vehicles. Please let us know if you need more than that as we must make the necessary arrangements and fees. (Permit, Insurance, etc.)

We had an enjoyable 1-week stay. Property was clean and comfortable. The amazing HEB grocery store was a 5 minute walk out the front door and had everything we needed and much more. Downtown shops and Cíbolo Creek walks were 0.5-1.0 miles away and provide lots to see and do.

The property was clean and if I had any concerns, the owners were awesome. My husband and I stayed there while our house was being repaired in San Antonio. We were under so much stress that the stay in Boerne was amazing and very relaxing. My dogs loved the yard. And I think they actually miss it now. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay again!

We were in Boerne for our daughters wedding and this house was the perfect size and location for all of us. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the yard was perfect for them to run and play and even had a separate hated area for them if you needed it. The breakfast items , (milk,OJ,fruit,cookies) were very nice to have supplied. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable and I personally enjoyed the huge garden tub in the master bath. One more thing is it’s literally walking distance to H‑E‑B. Would def stay again if we go to Boerne.

Great property if you’re in town for the Boerne Handmade Market as it’s blocks from the Cana Ballroom. Very comfy spot-we enjoyed the backyard. No need to set a wake up alarm as the neighborhood Rooster will accommodate! The only suggestion for improvement would be to put out fresh towels (we had to search for them) and provide individual soaps.

The muffins, juice, milk, sodas and bottled water were a welcome treat, upon our arrival. Our dog loved the fenced backyard. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet so close to the highway and HEB. Thoroughly enjoyed my last minute getaway for some R&R. Great place to just relax especially if you love your dog as much as I do and want to bring him/her with you. Nice fenced backyard with a fire pit and BBQ. Loved using the fireplace in the house. Good location with restaurants and a HEB just 5 minutes away. Brenda is a great host, easy to communicate with, replies promptly, and flexible with last minute booking. She even hooks you up with some sweet bake goods, milk, water & soda which is really appreciated after a few hours drive to get there. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

We unfortunately have to move from Boerne and were looking for a place for two couples and our cat for 5 nights close to the flats during the packing and moving process. Although not the same two block walk to main square that we had at our place it was very convenient and very comfortable.
