Heart of Boerne Townhome 4 min walk to Hill Country Mile, Cibolo Creek & more!

10 minute walk to downtown. Easy parking. Very clean. Everything worked. Giant closet spaces. Generous host left lots of coffee for us (thank you!). The only surprise was that the downstairs bedroom and bath are very far apart (through living room and kitchen). Upstairs primary bedroom was enormous and elegant, and 2 other bedrooms upstairs shared a generous sized bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay, close to walking paths and downtown shops and restaurants..A quiet neighborhood.Would most definitely rent again

Honestly I have nothing be good things to say. The house was super well stocked and honestly felt like it was home away from home. We usually cook a bit when we travel and this kitchen was STOCKED! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

The large bedrooms all feature super comfortable king-size beds, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of bathrooms which was perfect since it was a woman’s trip and much needed for getting ready and being timely. It’s in an ideal location—within walking distance to charming boutiques, great restaurants, and just steps away from scenic walking trails. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!"

The entire stay was great

We loved the large bedrooms and closets. The beds were especially comfortable. The location in Boerne was ideal for exploring many shops and restaurants both nearby and in Frederickburg, and was conveniently close to San Antonio for other day trips. The owners were quick to respond to any queries. Overall, we really enjoyed this stay.

We stayed at this townhouse while in Boerne for my daughter’s Bridal shower. Great size, perfect for 6. Wonderful location. Easy 5 minute walk to Main Street, shopping, restaurants. Perfect location for getting anywhere we needed to go in under 10 minutes.

This will be my first choice of lodging for any future visits to the Hill County. The condo was roomy, clean, and perfectly located just around the corner from downtown Boerne. I love that you can access the Cibolo Creek Walking Trail and head in either direction for a lovely stroll along the creek toward the end of town you would like to access. Host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions and expectations both prior to arrival and on site in written format. The home was stocked with basic pantry items, laundry detergent if you need to wash a load of clothes, dishwasher soap, extra garbage bags, etc. The bathrooms include dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. While we didn't make any of our own meals during this trip, the kitchen had all the needed pots, pans, and dishes to accommodate any desired meal prep. Access to home was simple. You are provided a code to unlock the front door. AC works great! Beds are comfortable. Plenty of hot water for amazing showers. Towels, extra pillows, and blankets available. It was obvious that there was a focus on attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness. We couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!

Property was well stocked. Furniture & beds comfortable. A bathroom make-up mirror would be nice. Townhouse clean. Appreciated the umbrellas.

Excellent stay. Place was roomy, comfortable, everything and more that we needed. Felt right at home. Neighborhood was quiet, everyone around was nice. Loved the walking path just a very short distance by the creek and access to town. Host was very accommodating to my needs as I stayed here due to medical reasons and the host went out of her way to make my stay easier.

Great location close to town and activities. We were disappointed when the clouds covered the eclipse but not by the property. Would stay there again.

This super-clean condo was the perfect place for our family to gather with a fully-stocked kitchen and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out! Boerne is a great little town and this location puts you right in the middle of the fun. Add to that the friendly, helpful owners, and it couldn’t be better!

Great experience overall. Beautiful place that was well stocked and very clean. Beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to main street. We did have issues with the hallway bathroom tub faucet but host was very responsive and sent someone to fix it asap. Just a heads up.... No shoes allowed upstairs and shower control is located under faucet nozzle for hallway bathroom. Overall great experience and we would stay there again.

This was the perfect place for our girls trip to Boerne.great lactation to Main Street shopping and restaurants. Host was very responsive to any questions.

The only problem we ran into was NOT being able to get local TV channels so we could watch the World Series. Other than that everything was great

This is a rare case where the actual property is bigger in person. Great place, clean, perfect location near downtown. Nice home base for our anniversary weekend.

Clean, comfortable and all you need to enjoy time in Boerne. Unfortunately the creeks are dry and it was extremely hot while we were there. But we really enjoyed the town.

Perfect location to walk in and out of town, even in the Texas Summer heat. The home was very clean and cozy. There was everything we needed for our relaxing weekend. We would all 3 recommend this home and gladly stay there again.

The home was wonderful, clean and a great location! River is right down the street and Main St a couple steps more!! Quiet, relaxed area with lots to do! Will stay again, host was quick to reply :)

Great spot that accommodated our family perfectly and was very close to downtown Boerne!

It was a beautiful property for my Son and his new bride, my lovely daughter and myself to spend the weekend. It was a breathtaking location and truly easy to walk anywhere! We had a spectacular dinner at the Creek Restaurant Saturday that further made the Tim together amazing. Came back to our place to play one of the wonderful games provided.
