Perfect location in the heart of the city. Very quiet and comfortable place to stay.
There are no staff on site and you must secure your access code for the room before arriving at the property. The online registration system didn't work for us and we sent passport details etc to the email address that requested the information. This was not received by the hotel and we had to do it again on arrival. This was unpleasant as the upstairs landing of the building was extremely hot and humid. Although it is not specifically asked for, you need to send the information for all travellers including children. Highly recommend communicating with hotel via Whatsapp as this was easy with prompt and professional replies. Room was great though so get the above right and it's plain sailing from there!

Great location
bathroom without ventilation, humidity in the rooms, towels were not changed all trip days and there was no possibility to dry them due to high humidity in the rooms.
