-Great location only a few minutes walk from old city walls - shared kitchen facilities very useful for breakfast - laundry facilities - 2 toilets (essential for 5 rooms!) - appreciated offer for fresh towels during our 4 night stay but didn’t need them
- minor quibble - only 3 coffee pods provided for a couple staying for 4 nights. When offered fresh towels I asked for more and cleaner left another 3 pods but this was late in our stay. Other than this I would give 10/10

There was no breakfast, we never saw any staff, other guests made a mess of the shared bathroom, were very noisy, and there was no way to contact any staff.
