The apartment was well stocked with the essential utensils, spotlessly clean and a great shower. The wifi was very good. The location of the apartment was fantastic, especially close to the town with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants around the corner. You could even see Neuschwanstein Castle from the balcony!
I found the beds to be a bit hard and the stairs to the top would not suit people with infirmities.

Spacious cozy apartments near the mountains
Nice location, large apartments, ideal for a family with two kids, a lot of items in the kitchen, very cosy.
The bed could be better. Bedclothes were old. Pillow was uncomfortable. This affected our overall impression so changing this could've help to get the score 10/10.

Very good
Very nice apartment, kitchen was fully equipped. Nice view, you can just see the castle through the trees. Warm and comfortable, nice to sit at the table and watch the weather over the mountains.
The bathroom has bad drain smells, it smells like the shower traps are being emptied when the toilet is flushed. If I put some water in the shower the smell would stop for a while. Occasional smell of cigarette smoke coming up from below.

Toller Urlaub in Füssen!!
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Sehr zentral zur Altdtadt, sämtliche Restaurants und Bäcker, Metzger und Märkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist urgemütlich mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge und gemütlichen Balkon. Kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Alles perfekt.

Schnitt und Interieur
Der Zugang einschließlich Gepäcktransport erfolgt per steiler Treppe ueber drei Etagen. Daher war Objekt fuer uns ältere Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nur bedingt geeignet. Innenliegende Toilette mit Dusche hatte keine Entlueftungsmöglichkeit, da Fenstermechanismus defekt und auch keine Absaugeinrichtung vorhanden war. Dadurch verbreitete sich nach jeder WC-Benutzung ein unangenehmer Geruch zwangsläufig in der ganzen Wohnung. Hinzu kam eine zusätzliche eklige Geruchtsbelaestigung aus dem Duschwannenabfluss. Insofern war die sanitäre Einrichtung in Gänze unzumutbar. Die Vermieterin war zwar einsichtig, konnte aber nicht fuer Abhilfe sorgen, weil keine Handwerker zur Verfuegung standen. Wir haben deshalb versucht, soweit wie möglich externe Einrichtungen zu benutzen, weil auch mit chemischen Hilfsmitteln aus der Drogerie keine Abhilfe zu erreichen war. Insofern war das Objekt zur fraglichen Zeit nach unserer Erfahrung in keinem vermietbaren Zustand. Die Vermieterin hätte uns wenigstens vor Mietantritt ueber die noch zu behebenden hygienischen Zustände informieren muessen, damit wir die Chance auf eine alternative FEWO gehabt hätten. Auch auf die Idee einer angemessenen Mietminderung ist sie nicht gekommen. Um uns deswegen nicht fuer die wenigen Tage den ganzen Urlaub zu vergaellen, haben wir die Situation bei aller Enttäuschung auf sich beruhen lassen.
