Located in the 'Oasis' in the heart of Hollywood Beach, this stunning one bedroom condominium is only 45 steps to the boardwalk and ocean. This corner unit is one of four in a one-story building, giving it the feel of a private villa. It overlooks the courtyard and pool. A $30K renovation was just completed on the pool and pool deck. There is also a free parking space that comes with this unit.
The interior has been completely remodeled and it is beautifully furnished. The kitchen boasts natural wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The living room is equipped with a 32-inch LCD TV, VCR and an iPod docking station/stereo. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom with a 26-inch flat screen TV. The sofa in the living room is a full size pull-out. The bathroom and shower are done in Travertine marble. Brazilian cherry and Dade pine floors finish off this exquisitely decorated Hollywood beach getaway.

This is the perfect place for two people who do not rent a car. It is steps away from middle of broadwalk and therefore close to restaurants, bars, stores. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment was clean and

The condo was just as shown in the pictures and fully equipped as others have said. The pool was perfect, as was the location. We had a fantastic stay!

Very clean, comfortable, updated condo, that exceeded our expectations. The owners were very accomodating! Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Lovely pool, just steps from the ocean, Broadwalk, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this property, we look forward to staying here again in the future!
