Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile floor, dishwasher. Bathroom has full tub/shower . Spacious closets, private tropical backyard/patio perfect for entertaining or having a morning coffee . Off street PRIVATE driveway parking. Relax on the front porch for late afternoon drinks watching the sunset. Private stairs entrance with small balcony. Sleeps 4. Bedroom has King mattress that can be converted to 2 twins. Living room has slide partition for front room privacy; queen size sofa sleeper with sealy posturpedic mattress. Cute and cozy second floor apartment in a Hollywood Beach house. You have a living room with the ocean view, dining area, spacious bedroom and a small kitchen with all appliances. Steps from the beach, no need to cross any streets. You have your own parking spot. Beautiful backyard with outside hot shower. washer, dryer. Cahn, the owner and property manager, responds in minutes and is very helpful. Also, bikes and beach chairs, beach towels are there. Since you are in the heart of Hollywood Beach close to Broadwalk and restaurants The area can get busy with traffic and people on weekends. The house is exactly as pictured. The outside stairs could be a problem if you are an elderly or have knee issues. Otherwise, I personally prefer the second floor. . I am very happy I chose this house over other options farther from the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
