The promenade also features the Hollywood Beach Theatre, a children’s water playground at Charnow Park, and many other attractions.
I highly recommend Uber or Lyft for getting around. They are very well priced and are available at anytime. If you want to just get around locally and head over to the downtown area of Hollywood, you can also take a trolley which stops just 1 block away from the apartment.

The place was excellent and the location was perfect for our needs.The gentleman that greeted us to help us out with the parking was amazing. The place was very clean plenty of towels. We spent most of our time on the beach, boardwalk and enjoying all the foodie and drink spots. Totally recommend this location.

Very clean and easy to check in. The location is right next to the boardwalk making it super easy to get to the beach whenever you need to. Super appreciated the chairs and towels! 100% would stay again!

The condo was as listed, cute and comfortable and in great proximity to the beach. Parking is 35 per night but someone was in my spot the last day. I had called about hot water twice, we never had hot water for showers, and it was never resolved. When I told the property manager my TV didn't work as well, which I later found out none of the TVs worked, he had blamed a crack on me and said I would be liable for damages. I was in shock. The situation could have easily been rectified but customer service and retention doesn't seem to be a priority with this owner.
