- 3 Queen beds, 1 Bunk bed (Full and Twin), 2 sofa beds.
- 1 full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and
- 1 cozy dining/living room.
This unit includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away.
The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking.
The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks).
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area.

Very Clean and well located to beach, within walking distance to Broadwalk. Kitchen not as well equipped as I would have liked, limiting cooking options, but no problems. Pool area could be improved-never used pool because didn’t appear to be cleaned regularly and had limited sunbathing chairs. Management provided excellent communication.

Large unit! It really could sleep 9 but not 9 adults we had 2 adults and 4 teenagers it was perfect! This is basically 2 apartments but connected you have 2 small kitchens, 2 bathrooms but 1 small living room. The host was quick to respond to the questions we had! The location is perfect! Across from the beach and in walking distance to the Hollywood beach broad walk! Our kids did not want to leave!
