The condo was nicely decorated and clean. Lovely kitchen nicely stocked. I would suggest changing the shower curtain as the bottom 1 foot was covered in a yellow substance. Needed a few more towels. We had to go buy some. We did enjoy family time despite the initial interaction with the host. Upon entering the unit the first time we were unable to get the door to lock. We waited 5 minutes after shutting the door 3 times. As a last resorti locked the bottom door lock. We were unable to lock the dead bolt or the coded lock. We went back to get few more things out of our car and we’re locked out of the unit. We went to maintenance and the young man was unable to unlock it. I called the host and explained what had happened at which point the host and her husband were screaming at me on the phone saying it was my fault. They said I didn’t wait long enough for the door to lock. I told her I did. They said I had to call a locksmith and they weren’t paying for it. I called a locksmith and he unlocked the door. I showed him what we did and he checked the auto coded door lock. He checked it 4 times and it would only lock once out of 4 times. As a curtious call I called to let the host know the battery was low and it wasn’t my fault the door wouldn’t lock. Again they started screaming at me at the top of their lungs. I even told her husband I wasn’t arguing with them. It was to the point I had to hang up on them for tge 2nd time. No one ever came to fix it while we were there. Terrible.
