I stayed across the dteeet at the Hyde dir cheaper, it was nicer and more updated than the Tides. Please update your uni

All the additional fees needed. Parking $100, key fobs $30 pee 2 guests, we had already been charged $190 for resort fees. The host was not professional, very rude. The unit was outdated. They have a lot of cosmetic things to work on. The stay was too expensive for it to look the way it did.

Great place to stay

The condo was beautiful and pool/ beach area were amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely come back.

The only thing I didn't care for was the check in process. Very confusing. And a few times I couldn't understand the staff as most spoke Spanish.

Was a quiet location and the staff was nice.

Booklet in the room stated would be charged $100 if drain was stopped up or we stained the furniture. The bathroom sink would barely drain just brushing your teeth, so we brushed our teeth in thr kitchen. The furniture had stains all over it. The furniture was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and needed some TLC. The beach by the hotel was not clean, you could walk down farther and the beach was very well taken care of.

Our first unit was so filthy & stained we couldn’t sit on furniture. Not enough towels, no face cloths,. Had to go buy our own. Shower was nasty and needs to be replaced. No direction on where to park, nor do they allow you to pull up and unload and load car. Parking is terrible

the coffee shop in the main level

the unit had very poor renovation, the description is not enough. i stayed at the diplomats couple of night the prior week,(before my cruise) no big difference in rate but big difference in service, unit, and view. after my cruise I decided to change to try something different(big mistake), I was looking for a hight rising building and ocean front, the unit in the second floor and very far ocean view,the balcony view is the coffee shop roof. the office to check-in to get the unit key and the parking scanner is very poor and in a different location, the staff in the office has no clue about customer service, it was an extra security for no reason. the kitchen has a door anyone can access from it. I booked it at the same day of my stay and I asked the owner to cancel after I saw the unit, she said that I will loose all my money.

right on the beach, nice views

I had 4 condos total… every condo was dirty, furniture dirty, comforters smelled so bad I purchased 3 new comforters for one condo from Walmart. refrigerator and conditioner stopped working, floor constantly sweating, condo stays so damp your packed clothes become damp. one of the condos was still being cleaned when we arrived, towels were still being washed. I had 23 travelers total, they knew 7 people were going to be in each condo and we had 2 wash clothes and hand towels. the vertical blinds for the sliding door was missing a piece every other space… chipping paint and horrible non sanded patch work in bathrooms..floor tiles uneven raised from crappy replacement, my niece cut her toe on a tile.. old water spots on ceiling tiles… conditions that you would most likely find in a motel 6 was what we experienced in a beach front property. all the pictures are old on the listing because the red chairs are now black. it took me almost 3 hours to complete check in with the building bc they did not have our reservation correct. the staff at the check in office straight out told me the company I used to book the condos is horrible. very very disappointed. we will rent elsewhere moving forward.

It was not clean and we dubbed the pool the no fun zone due to the rules, not a family place.

The location was right on the beach, only a short ride to the boardwalk, but there are not many places to eat or stores nearby

The rooms were dirty, the floor in one kept moving so there were gaps in the flooring, the kitchen pans were dirty, the hall smelled like a dirty dog on floor 5, the pool had ridiculous rules, like kids couldnt play with a ball and no floats and you couldnt sit NEXT TO the pool with a drink had to clear the entire family from the pool area for a light shower that passed, the pool was dirty I didnt see anyone clean it the entire week we were there, there was an additional fee for each key fob to let you into the pool, the woman at checkin was rude until a person in our family that spoke spanish came in, the dirtiness of the place almost drove my mother out of the place it was bad.

My unit did NOT have comfortable beds. The decorative pillow in sofa were dirty , old and shaggy looking . The owners who rents out unit were slow to respond to my needs. the shower curtain was moldy and dirty .

NOTHING HORRIBLE SERVICE POOR COMMUNICATION

NONE OF THE STAFF SPOKE ENGLISH THE FACILITIES WERE DIRTY THE CONDOS WERENT OWNED BY THE FACILITIES BUT BY AN INDEPENDENT SELLER AND THEY BOTH DEMAND SEPARATE PAYMENTS. need a key fob to go to all facilities and they only give those out at a small period of time. No room service. False number given to contact room caretaker-- he was nearly impossible to reach. Lobby couches were stained and atrocious. I found a suspicious stain on my towel that looked like a human bodily fluid and a roach in my shower. Not only that, but the shower head was so covered in grime that the water that came out was discolored and smelled of metal. Many of the facilities were broken and the floors were sticky and dingy.
