Beachfront Condo w/ Pool Access in Hollywood!

La propiedad es muy comoda, habitaciones muy amplias. Lo mejor la vista espectacular y amplia. Muy completa con todo lo necesario. Juego de playa espectaculares

No es algo que no me gustó, sino que colocaría un black out de las ventanas ya que es muy luminoso y muy temprano ya hay mucha luz. Pero no es algo que no me haya gustado.

The caretaker, Oscar, was super accommodating and we were able to get into the room early to take phone calls from doctors about my sister's condition. The room was basic, but spotless and comfortable, with an UNBEATABLE oceanfront and pool view! The 4 brand-new beach chairs (with built-in cooler pouches) and umbrella, plus 2 small cooler bags, icemaker, and plenty of beach towels made all the difference. The pool was clean and warm, with restrooms & shower house. Key fob was required for access to the building, pool, and beach, so it was super safe. The cafe/store downstairs had breakfast options, empanadas, sandwiches, salads, excellent wraps, ice cream, desserts, coffee, water, wine, so very convenient. We will absolutely be back!

We thought it would have been nice if they had provided just one set of travel-size toiletries as a courtesy upon arrival, but that's very minor. The window whistled loudly in the wind, but it didn't bother us too much.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days at the beach especially for the value of the unit price. The beds in both rooms were so comfortable, made for a wonderful sleep and plenty of drawer space. Could see beautiful sunrise from master bedroom. Included beach towels and fold up beach chairs. Plenty of open space in the condo. Nice cold AC ( but we think it must have been on sensor so didn't run non stop while we were gone) Elevators were quick, never had to wait more than a minute or two. Condo building was very clean, smelled nice. Pool area was very clean and nice access to beach. Restuarant on site had very good food and would even deliver to the pool and room.

The check in process was ridiculous to have to coordinate with multiple conversations ahead of arriving only to still wait. We had trouble communicating due to language barrier (had to meet wife, not Oscar). Did not appreciate having to go to another building in pouring rain only to find out we had to pay for two fobs at $30 each. Listing clearly said $30 for one required. Filed complaint immediately with Evolve and was told a case was created and someone would reach out, but a week later still waiting and no $30 credit). The tour and extra time were not necessary, but seemed to be required. We were told when we got to condo the bathroom shower was clogged but would be resolved next day and we didn't need to be there. Next day we received text it was Maintenace day off, but would be there first thing next day in am. I asked around noon and was told still coming. At 3:00 Oscar texted maintenance coming, then at 4:00 said he left because we weren't there (I responded that we were told we didn't need to be there) then there was no further communications. Shower never fixed and had to shower in standing dirty water. It was nice to have beach chairs, but two of them were ripped and needed to be replaced. Condo smells musty, though it was very clean. Master bath has no vent which makes for extremely hot time in there (I would open window to try and get a breeze). No closet in master bedroom, so used crib to hang my close over to help prevent wrinkles. Laundry down hall of condo floor (we thought in room, but that was probably our mistake in how we read listing). Bring hair dryers, only one in condo (which is ok wasn't listed at all so no expectation bathrooms would have them.)

The property was great!

The property was great, the management was sketchy. Undisclosed charges for key fobs and parking. They charge $30 for each key fob and make each couple have one. They want their key fob back at the end of the stay but you do NOT get your money back. They called it a NEW TARRIF. Hmm? Anyways, I BOUGHT SAID KEY FOBS THEN, should be mine to keep or give $ back upon return.
