Tiip: For check-in starts with the valley parking guy at the main entrance, get the form and go to the registration office to complete the process. Friendly staff.
Just to be prepared as these fees are described in the link you receive after doing the reservation: $100 parking for 7 days (no daily parking)-$30 key fob per 2 adults- $20 in cash refundable for the parking tag.
Noisy AC- vents are very dirty that need deep cleaning, check-in at 4:00 pm and office closes at 5:00 pm which creates a lot of crowd and a longer waiting time, perhaps because it was the spring break week too.

Me gustó que el departamento es muy cómodo, estaba limpio, muy completo. Tiene todo lo que necesito en un viaje.
Lo que no me gustó es que me cobraron $60 dólares por las llaves de acceso. Para usar el elevador y entrar y salir a la playa. Pienso que eso no lo deberían de cobrar. No me había tocado en ningún hotel tener que pagar por eso.

Great location. Had laundry available. Great pool and beach area. Had everything I needed.
Having to wait until the next day to get a fob key and pay an extra $30 for it.

Location on beach
The unit is clean and bright and very functional. The window in the bedroom is very thin and street sounds are easily heard at night when trying to sleep. Would benefit from soundproofing the window.
The building is old and run down. There are too many rules that affect enjoyment. For example kids are not allowed to play with a soft ball in the pool, no flotation devices on pool, not allowed to sit quietly at the tables and chairs in the pool area after 7:30. Too restrictive for enjoyment as a family with kids/teenagers. The building employees not friendly and continuously watching and providing restrictions.
