The location was very good, but the experience was nowhere close to what was advertised.

I booked this place for my wife, as I was attending a work function close by. When she arrived, she was not given an access tag and was told to try the next day. This should have been provided in the room.

THE ENTIRE BOOKING EXPERIENCE, FROM BEGINNING TO END. HOST, OWNER?? (NOT SURE IF IT WAS THE OWNER) NASTY DIRTY PLACE, NO SOFA BED SO I HAD TO BUY AIR MATTRESS AS THE RESOLUTION WAS TO PACK AND MOVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION MILES AWAY. AREA TO PLUG AIR BED, OUTLET LOOSE SO CABLE DID NOT STAY IN PLACE. USED PLASTIC DENTAL PICK IN ROOM FLOOR NEAR ONE OF THE BEDS, VERY DIRTY UNDER THE BED AND BUREAU, MY EARRING FELL AND WAS LOOKING FOR THEM AND CAME ACROSS A VERY DIRTY FLOOR. WAS OFFERED 10% THAT WAS NEVER APPLIED AND I CALLED AND REQUESTED FOLLOW UP AND GOT AN EMAIL NOT EXPLAINING MUCH. PLACE WAS CHEAPER IN ANOTHER WEBSITE SO SENT THE PRICE MATCH AND NOTHING! AVOID THIS PLACE AS IT IS NOT WHAT THEY PROMOTE, PAY MORE AND STAY IN A BETTER PLACE....CHECK REVIEWS ANF GREAT AREA BUT THATS ABOUT IT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS WELCOME PACKAGE AND EVERY 2 ADULTS TO PAY FOR FOB KEY BUT THEY WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED FOR MY SON AS IF IT WAS 2 ADULTS. I CALLED THE HOST AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO VERYFY AS IWAS CHARGED IN ERROR, NEVER CALLED ME BACK (LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOUD) WILL UPLOAD IMAGES AS I DO NOT TARNISH BUSINESS OR BUSINESS OWNERS IF I DON'T HAVE A LEGIT REASON. THIS IS NOT ABOUT A 10% THIS IS ABOUT COSTING ME MORE BECAUSE TEY ARE PROMOTING SOMETHING THEY DO NOT HAVE!

Me gustó que el departamento es muy cómodo, estaba limpio, muy completo. Tiene todo lo que necesito en un viaje.

Lo que no me gustó es que me cobraron $60 dólares por las llaves de acceso. Para usar el elevador y entrar y salir a la playa. Pienso que eso no lo deberían de cobrar. No me había tocado en ningún hotel tener que pagar por eso.

Hermoso alojamiento, muy buena ubicación y frente a la playa !!!

Muy bueno los días que estuvimos, la verdad que me dieron solución inmediata cuando con mi pareja notamos que 2 reposeras no funcionaban del todo bien. El departamento es cómodo, espacioso, tiene vista al mar pero desde el lateral.

El recepcionista de la noche, no tiene nada que ver con quienes me alquilaron el departamento, pero muy mala onda.
