The apartment was nice and the view was incredible.

I did not like showers with the stones on the floor and the multi functional spray in the shower. The sink in the secondary bathroom was way too big for the countertop. The biggest issue we had was there was not enough closet. Space there are only closets in the secondary bedroom so if you have more than two people, you will have to live out of your suitcase. There is no closet in the master and not enough storage for your clothing to be put away.

Lot of space, clean and very welcoming

Stunning view- spacious modern unit- location- plenty of towels-comfortable beds- all amenities are available Tiip: For check-in starts with the valley parking guy at the main entrance, get the form and go to the registration office to complete the process. Friendly staff. Just to be prepared as these fees are described in the link you receive after doing the reservation: $100 parking for 7 days (no daily parking)-$30 key fob per 2 adults- $20 in cash refundable for the parking tag.

Noisy AC- vents are very dirty that need deep cleaning, check-in at 4:00 pm and office closes at 5:00 pm which creates a lot of crowd and a longer waiting time, perhaps because it was the spring break week too.

Location on beach

The unit is clean and bright and very functional. The window in the bedroom is very thin and street sounds are easily heard at night when trying to sleep. Would benefit from soundproofing the window. The building is old and run down. There are too many rules that affect enjoyment. For example kids are not allowed to play with a soft ball in the pool, no flotation devices on pool, not allowed to sit quietly at the tables and chairs in the pool area after 7:30. Too restrictive for enjoyment as a family with kids/teenagers. The building employees not friendly and continuously watching and providing restrictions.
