3 minute walk to the beach and Broadwalk area. Lovely front porch patio area to relax with morning coffee or afternoon adult beverages. Short walk to shops and several dining options. Great value for the accommodations. Host was extremely nice and very quick to our inquiries. free parking in private driveway. Would DEFINITELY return.

The location is excellent, and the home has charming decor, a dedicated parking spot, and a friendly host.However, the unit could benefit from a deep clean, and the bathroom (water damage visible on the wall outside the shower, excess moisture and dampness since no bathroom fan, black corners in the shower, having to plunge the toilet for just toilet paper, slow flowing sink) left us unsatisfied. We also chose to not use the washer and dryer (outside the unit) nor the bikes (due to rusty chains).
