La Playa is a beautiful 6-story building, directly on the broadwalk/ocean. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed. It has an unobstructed ocean view, and the inevitably relaxing sound of waves can be heard clearly from your living room.
Located right on the Hollywood Broadwalk, you’re just steps away from countless delicious restaurants and cafés—perfect for morning coffee, oceanfront dining, or enjoying live music. Popular spots like Margaritaville and its lively beachfront ambiance are just a short walk away.

The LaPlaya is in a great location. It is right on the broadwalk with fantastic views of the ocean. The unit we stayed in could use some updating. The bathroom sink did not drain well and there is no normal size oven. Just a toaster oven. Otherwise very nice. Owner was always available to answer questions.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this nice beach house with sea vue. Located on the Hollywood brodwalk , it was a perfect location for us. Planning on going back for sure.
