We had a nice week away from the cold up north. Enjoyed the beach.

I liked the size of the apartment - small but was roomy and was clean. The bathroom was small, but had a good shower. I liked the breakfast each morning.

The refrigerator seal was not good. It would not close unless you slammed it and then it might not stay closed. We found it open a lot.

I always stay at an HBH hotel when visiting Hollywood Beach.

The Neptune is right on the beachfront. They have lounge chairs that face the beach, which is a big plus. Even though the other hotels are steps away from the beach, this one has a patio space right on the beach side. The room was a surprisingly big size for the rate and I could see the beach from my window. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The parking rate is very reasonable and you can park at any of the HBH marked spaces.

The only thing I would change is the mirrored / wood lattice wall in the room.

We enjoy our stay it was okay.

I was unable to use the safe in the room no instructions how to use. The bathroom no no towels hangers, in the shower no place for the shampoo conditioner and gel.

The hotel is dirty overall. Staff allows guests to blast loud music from really early in the morning until really late at night. Avoid this hotel at all costs

The best part about it was the view and location. Other than that it was kinda rough.

Breakfast was cereal and bagels, no source of protein.

There were tons of ants in the bathroom sink, one of the receptionists was very rude when trying to ask for beach towels when I was sent to the front desk by one of the maids for them. We had our wet clothes from the beach in a bag in the bathroom and the housemaids threw it away. The door was very hard to open and close, it actually had to be slammed to fully close, and the deadbolt did not work. Also the first room they gave us was wrong.

We paid for parking and couldn't find one. We waited 4 hours in a line to check in and lost the whole evening. The workers at the front desk have a lot of patient but rude.

Nice location, no frills room

Location right on the beach

The office was several blocks away, and we had to walk back-and-forth with our suitcases in order to make reservations. There was a kitchenette in the room which included a stove, a refrigerator and a coffee pot, however, there was not a single plate spoon or cup to be had. What were we supposed to heat food up in? or pour coffee into? If there was coffee or filters and there wasn’t. There was a pretty nice breakfast included, but again you had to walk a few blocks and find the place.

Poor Mantenaince. Smell bad, A lot of humidity in the Apt. It looks like never clean the air condition. I never received the apt that I reserved due to Mantenaince. They resolve it giving me another one. Staff were nice at the reception.

Location was EXCELLENT!

Rundown facilities, Very noisy AC, plumbing issues, hard time getting hot water, had to flush several times to get anything to go down!, $50/day charge for non-existant housekeeping, $28 charge for early check-in even though room was ready,$20 deposit for beach towels. Outdoor breakfast even though raining & high winds with very rude attendant, Was told I could “only enter twice”.!,

Location, Beach front, very good size of the room.

The room that they gave me was on second floor, I had open heart surgery and it wasn’t aprópiate for me, they promised they will change it next day, but I was trying to close a window in the kitchen and I couldn’t it was broke. I looked at the false roof in the kitchen and was full of dead roaches, I called de office to take a picture of it, I did it. I went to the office and showed the picture, I think she was a supervisor, the clerck said they will change the room next day, (Saturday) the supervisor said “right now” and they told me they should help me to move to the other room’, but nobody showed up, I finished moving my things at 3:00 a.m.. In the 11 or 12 days I spend there only once because we asked they broom one place. They bring the towels every day, once they asked me if I want her to take the garbage then I asked her to change the linens on my bed. To tell you the true as all it’s not taking care the way it should be. The blinds in the windows all are broken, needs to be paint the whole apartment and clean them very well and decent. Now I got charged $50.00 daily for cleaning, and they didn’t clean at all! Each room should have a broom at least so we can feel as good as we are use to live.

I liked how close it was to the Ocean. The bed was clean and air-conditioning was good.

It seemed like the room was newly renovated. The floor was dirty and not swept, the water faucets were both backward (hot was cold;cold was hot). The induction stove did not work. The fan with light would not operate with just the fan on. There was nothing in the room besides an iron. I had to request for kitchen items I had to get at the front office and bring them back in a box. The construction was not fully complete with marks on the wall and crooked cabinets.

The rooms are extremely old and outdated. It is supposed to be a self catering apartment, has all the facilities, but not even a cup. We had to ask at reception and they gave us a " kitchen box with some stuff " that we had to carry all the way to our room. We stayed there about two years ago when the price was 50% of what we paid this time and they had all the crockery and cutlery etc in the apartment.

Such a horrible place we didn’t even stay and drove back home 2 hours.

the location is the only thing good about this property.

We waited to check in for 45 minutes. everyone in line was super mad with the wait. We finally got to our room and the A/C wasn’t working. We opened the closet with the hvac and it was VILE. Caked with dirt and dust with the filter tossed aside dated 1-23-22. 11 months old. We had our small children with us. We requested a refund and loaded our kids and luggage back into our car. They said no and offered us a different room. Sorry, we aren’t staying in a hotel that operates under those dangerous conditions. Not only is it a fire hazard but extremely disgusting that’s what we’re breathing in.

Terrible. The property is big and only one main office that is always crowded with people all with complaints

Everything. Staff did not speak English, items went missing and I had to file a police report. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful in this matter, my items still have not been retrieved. The breakfast was an apple, cereal and toast. Parking was expensive for no reason. This was a complete waste of money and upon arrival I have been wanting to get a refund and leave and I wasn’t allowed. I’ve never seen a business run so poorly. The best part about my stay was leaving.
