The townhouse is part of The Resort & Club at Little Harbor located in the quiet town of Ruskin, FL. This Caribbean-style resort is set on 124 acres on the south shore of Tampa Bay. It is surrounded by 3 miles of water frontage, 1/2 mile of white sandy beach, the calm waters of the marina's canals, harbors and Tampa Bay. Just sit back and enjoy the beautiful southwest Florida sunsets at the tiki bar, on the white sandy beach in one of the many loungers or in the full service 7 days a week open restaurant. Also from these areas enjoy the amazing view of the city skylines of St. Petersburg and Tampa. After dark enjoy the nightly entertainment in the tiki bar/restaurant or just walk the tiki torch paths or enjoy the sitting areas with fire pits on the beach in the moonlight.
Beautifully furnished. 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6, Main bedroom has luxuries queen bed with hotel bedding, bedroom 2 has 2 extra long twin beds with hotel bedding, extra queen bed provided in the living room with a pull out couch. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer provided , living room has a chaise couch and 2 modern reclining chairs, 43 inch tv on a beautiful beach inspired console, dining room has counter height seating for 4, there are 4 bacolconies with patio furniture and a patio outback overlooking the marina. Views from the living room of the marina and you even see the dolphins and manatee in there swimming. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the marina and the canal you can see the sunrises every morning, the second bedroom you can see the Gulf and watch the cruise ships leave. There is so much to do on this property with the beach located on the property and the 2 restaurants and bar and even a tiki bar to see the most beautiful sunsets. Bicycles are available to discover all that is around.

-A beach side tiki bar with live entertainment
-36 holes of championship golf at Cypress Creek 8 miles away in Ruskin
-2 golf courses all within 15 mins away in Sun City

I picked this location because it was fairly in the middle of Tampa and St. Petersburg which worked out perfectly, neither felt too far. I then picked this particular spot for the view from the balconies and the various ammenties offered at little harbor, both of which fulfilled what I wanted. If needed the host was easy to reach and the place itself was very clean. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront townhouse! The views were absolutely stunning—we saw dolphins and manatees right from the property, and waking up to the sunrise on the balcony was unforgettable.The townhouse was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids), with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the onsite restaurants and pools, and watching the sunset on the beach each evening was a highlight.We did have a minor issue with one of the toilets, but Meagan was incredibly responsive and had a plumber out the same day—great communication and service.We would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Well decorated, so cute, great views .Both sliding glass doors had broken locks and were on lockable. When reporting problem we were told that they did lock but if we were concerned used poles provided in closet . Dishwasher was not bolted into the counter and was difficult to get working because it would not latch. Minor maintenance issues but other than these Lovely

It is definitely off of the beaten path - and that was good and bad. We enjoyed how quiet it was but it would have been nice to be a little bit closer to more amenities.
